Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Platego.live, we aim to deliver smooth and transparent service. The following conditions apply for refunds and cancellations:
1. Cancellation Before Submission
If your order has not yet been submitted to the official HSRP vendor, you may request a refund. Refunds will be initiated post-verification as per our terms.
2. Cancellation After Submission
Once your booking is submitted to the vendor, our service is deemed delivered. Refunds will not be issued after submission unless a verifiable technical error occurs from our processing side.
3. Duplicate Payment
If you are mistakenly charged more than once, email us at support@platego.live with proof. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
4. Refund Method
All refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
5. How to Request Refund
Please email us at support@platego.live with:
- Registered Phone Number or Vehicle Number
- Reason for refund
- Payment proof or screenshot (if applicable)
6. ₹499 Service Fee is Non-Refundable
Our ₹499 service fee is applied towards manual processing and coordination effort. Therefore, it is non-refundable once the booking is submitted or if any of the following issues arise:
- Once the booking has been successfully submitted.
- If the customer provides fake, invalid, or mismatched RC number, chassis number, or other details.
- If the customer changes their mind after completing the payment.
- If the customer fails to provide required documents or information within the given time frame.
- If there is any delay or failure in processing due to external reasons (such as server errors, third-party delays, payment gateway issues, etc.).
- If the customer has provided an incorrect mobile number or email ID and cannot be reached.
- Delays due to government holidays, technical maintenance, or downtime of authorized portals.
- If the customer has made multiple bookings by mistake (duplicate bookings).
- We provide assistance in filling out the application form and submitting it to the authorized portal based on the details provided by the customer.
If there is any technical error or the data is not found on the portal, we inform the customer and offer all possible support.
Since the service fee covers our processing time and manual effort, it is non-refundable once the service process has started.
